In the charming small village of Saint-Germain-Les-Arlay, in the middle of the Jura vineyard, not far from Château-Chalon and Baume-les-Messieurs, Marc and Maria TUPIN since 2004 are pleased to accomodate you in their Hostelry located at 10 minutes of Lons le Saunier.
The Chef Marc Tupin suggests a gastronomic and inventive cuisine, rich in products of the soil chosen with great care and in accordance with a rigorous selection of the wines from the Jura and other areas of France.

At the beautiful days, the terrace is opened in the shade of the plane trees. With the passing seasons, one comes to enjoy pink trout of the small mountain, fish of the river and the sea, scallops, the sausage of Morteau, the lamb of Franche Comte, home-made foie gras, the cheeses of the area and the succulent desserts of the Chef.
